I tried paying on toads.website and the whole thing was more annoying than it needed to be. Some of the wording made it sound like my payment had gone through, but then my card got declined with no clear explanation. I retried and it worked, which just made it even more confusing. I also didn’t get a proper update right away, so I was left wondering what was actually happening. Not a total disaster, but definitely a hassle

I had to return my order, and to be fair, it was eventually handled properly. That said, the whole process took longer than I was expecting. Customer support did respond and kept things moving, but the replies weren’t exactly quick. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth or timely as I would’ve liked

My order from Toads showed up packed really well, with no dents, leaks, or random mess. I’m guessing they’re careful with how they ship stuff, because everything looked secure when it arrived. Happy with it, honestly.

I was disappointed. The quality didn’t feel great, and the stitching started coming loose after just a week?! It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, but I definitely expected better.

It might be perfectly okay, I don’t know, but I’d probably be a bit cautious before putting any important details on there.

I used Toads for a small thing I needed, and I’m completely convinced the price was fair. Like, no question in my mind, it gave me enough for what I paid. It’s not flawless, and a couple parts could definitely be explained a little better, but for the money, I can’t make a big fuss about it.
I’d give it 4 stars because it did exactly what I needed without draining my wallet, and that’s pretty much the whole point. There are a few little rough edges here and there, but overall it’s a decent deal, and I’m absolutely sure I got my money’s worth.

Support did help me in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but the replies took a while. I was kind of waiting around like... okay, are they getting back to me or not? It worked out eventually, just not as quickly as I hoped.

Shipping was actually quick. Showed up sooner than I expected. The only thing was the tracking. Kind of slow to update.
